Tuna Steaks with Red Onion

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 15 Min. What you need:
* 2 tuna steaks (6 oz. each)
* 4 Tbsp. oil * 2 medium red onions, sliced into rings * 2 Tbsp. brown sugar * 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar * 5 oz. red wine What to do:
1. Heat 2 Tbsp. of the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and sprinkle over the sugar. Stir well. Add the vinegar and wine. Bring to the boil; simmer gently until all the liquid is absorbed.
2. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a griddle pan or frying pan. Cook the tuna steaks for 4-5 min. on each side. 3.
