Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 30 Min. What you need:
* 1-1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice
* 1 lb. Cajun sausage or Andouille sausage, cut into 1/2-in. slices * 3 stalks celery, chopped * 1 medium onion, chopped * 2 cloves garlic minced * 2 c. chicken broth * 1 c. beef broth * 1 bay leaf * 1/2 tsp. pepper * 1/2 tsp. paprika * 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce * 1 whole chicken breast boneless, skinless and diced What to do:
1. Combine rice, sausage, celery, onion, garlic, beef and chicken broth, bay leaf, pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce in large skillet or Dutch oven.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 min. 3. Add chicken, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through and liquid is absorbed, about 10 min. |
