Buttermilk Drop Biscuits (Gluten-Free)

What you need:
* 2/3 c. rice flour
* 1/4 c. potato starch
* 1/4 c. tapioca starch
* 1 Tbsp. sugar
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
* 1 egg
* 1/4 c. oil
* 1/2 c. buttermilk
What to do:
1. Combine rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, sugar, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and cream of tartar.
2. In small mixing bowl slightly beat eggs; add oil, and buttermilk. Stir into dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Drop by large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
