Cheesy Shepherd's Pie (Gluten-Free)

Prep Time: 20 Min. Cook Time: 30 Min. What you need:
* 1 lb. ground beef
* 8 c. mashed potatoes * 2 cans corn * 2 qt. bag shredded cheese (3 cheese blend) What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Brown the ground beef. 3. Boil 1-bag of red potatoes to desired firmness. 4. In 4-qt casserole dish, alternate layers: First layer the ground beef, then layer 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Next, layer the corn (both cans). Add another layer of 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Then, a layer of mashed potatoes. Lastly, put the remainder of the cheese on top. 5.
