Cream Cheese and Roasted Tomato Dip

Prep Time: 15 Min. Cook Time: 20 Min. What you need:
* 2 cups cherry tomatoes
* 3 cloves garlic, minced * 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper * 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided * 1 pkg(8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened * 1 pkg(1 oz.) goat cheese * 1 cup pasta sauce What to do:
1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
2. Combine tomatoes, garlic, crushed pepper and 1 Tbsp. oil in 11x7-inch baking dish. 3. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and goat cheese in medium bowl with mixer until well blended. 4. Add pasta sauce to tomato mixture; mix well. Top with large spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture. 5. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until dip is heated through. Remove from oven. 6. Drizzle with remaining oil. |
