Smoked Mackerel and Avocado Pate

Serve as a starter with watercress or salad leaves and bread rolls.

What you need:
* 8 oz. smoked mackerel fillets, skinned
* 2 oz. lowfat cream cheese
* 1 small avocado, chopped
* 1/8 tsp. lemon juice
* pepper, to taste
What to do:
1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until blended.
2. Spoon into 2 ramekin dishes. Chill for 1 hr.
3. Serve individually as a starter with watercress or salad leaves and bread rolls.
