Grilled Chicken Cucumber Salad

Prep Time: 25 Min. Cook Time: 15 Min. Chill Time: 20 Min. What you need:
* 1/2 c. cucumber ranch salad dressing
* 1/4 tsp. dill weed * 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz.) * 1 medium apple, cored and cut into 1/4 in. rings * 2 c. mixed salad greens * 1 1/4 c. sliced cucumber What to do:
1. In a small bowl, combine salad dressing and dill. Pour 1/4 c. into a large resealable plastic bag; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 20 min. Refrigerate remaining dressing.
2. Drain and discard marinade. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 6 min. on each side or until juices run clear. Keep warm. 3. Brush 1 Tbsp. dressing over apple rings; grill for 1 min. on each side. Divide salad greens and cucumber between two serving plates. Slice chicken; arrange chicken and apple rings over greens.
