Mussels Steamed in White Wine

Prep Time: 5 Min. Cook Time: 10 Min. What you need:
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 bay leaf * 2 tsp. basil * 1/4 c. celery, chopped * olive oil * 8 oz. dry white wine * 1 lb. mussels * parsley What to do:
1. Cover celery with olive oil. Saute onions, garlic, bay leaf, basil and celery together. Add the wine and mussels. Cover and steam for 4-6 min.
