Jamaican Rubbed Chops

Prep Time: 5 Min. Cook Time: 10 Min. What you need:
* 4 pork chops, about 3/4 in. thick
* 2 Tbsp. brown sugar * 1 garlic clove, minced * 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper * 1/2 tsp. salt * 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg * 1/4 tsp. ground cloves What to do:
1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels; stir together remaining ingredients in small bowl and rub chops on both sides with seasoning mixture. Grill chops over medium-hot coals, turning once, about 8-9 min, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F, followed by a 3-min. rest time.
