Italian Porketta

Prep Time: 5 Min. Cook Time: 60 Min. What you need:
* 2-4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
* 3 Tbsp. dill seed * 1 Tbsp. fennel seed * 1/2 tsp. oregano * 1 tsp. lemon pepper * 1/4 tsp. onion powder * 1/4 tsp. garlic powder What to do:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Combine seasonings together and coat roast with mixture.
