(6-oz. each) southwestern seasoned chicken breast strips, cooked * 1 c. thick and chunky style salsa * 1 c. Mexican-style cheese, shredded * 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives, sliced * 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped What to do: 1. Prepare rice according to pkg. directions. 2. Mix chicken strips and salsa in medium skillet. Cook on medium heat 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. 3. Add cheese and olives; cover.
